A Seamless, End-to-End Partnership

We provide a complete engineering partnership, designed to bring your most critical projects from initial blueprint to full operational readiness in the field.

1. Precision Manufacturing: Core Component Fabrication Mastery

At the very foundation of T.A. Engineering's services lies a robust and versatile manufacturing capability. We transform OEM drawings from mere specifications into powerful, operational hardware. Our workshops are equipped to handle a diverse range of projects, ensuring every component is built with an unwavering commitment to precision, durability, and absolute compliance with the original design.

Mechanical Structural Assemblies

We specialize in the ground-up manufacturing of complex structural systems including manual, electrical, and hydraulic masts and platforms for advanced surveillance and radar systems.

Equipment Shelters

We manufacture and fully equip specialized shelters using high-quality, laminated Polyurethane (PU) Panels to provide superior thermal insulation and structural rigidity for sensitive hardware.

EMI/EMC Compliant Racks

We manufacture standard 19" Racks that are fully EMI/EMC compliant, ensuring electronic systems are shielded from interference and guaranteeing mission reliability.

Complete Power Systems (DG Sets)

We undertake the complete assembly of Power Systems (DG sets), the beating heart of any deployed system, ensuring consistent and reliable energy as per OEM specifications.

2. Embedded OEM Partnership: Expert Assembly at the Source

We offer a unique and powerful service by providing our trained and skilled manpower directly at the works of the OEM. This embedded partnership model allows us to act as a force multiplier, seamlessly integrating our T.A. Engineering teams—highly proficient in Assembly, Welding, Precision Fitting, and complex Wiring—into your production line.

Assembly of Various Mast Types

Assembly of Manual, Electrically Operated, and heavy-duty Hydraulically Operated and Stabilized Masts for sophisticated Radar Platforms.

Assembly of Mission-Critical Mechanical Systems

High-precision assembly of Missile Launchers (AKASH), Rocket Launchers (PINAKA), Deployable Bridges, and advanced Naval Systems (Steering Gear, Sonar Winches).

Assembly of Electronic Systems

Our trained Radio Mechanics perform the intricate task of installing, wiring, and interconnecting complex electronic sub-systems within EMI/EMC compliant racks.

Assembly of Integrated Power Systems

Building stand-alone DG systems for Defense Use, including their intricate control systems and full integration with Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units.

3. Field Deployment: Full-Scale Erection & System Integration

T.A. Engineering's responsibility extends far beyond the factory floor. We deploy our expert teams to any site to transform delivered components into a single, fully operational, and integrated system. This on-ground phase is where design and manufacturing converge to create true capability.

Deputation of Trained Manpower

We send our most skilled technicians—cross-trained in Assembly, Welding, and Precision Fitting—to designated user sites to lead the integration effort.

Complete Installation and Erection

Our teams undertake the entire physical installation and erection process, from site preparation to final assembly, with the full technical support of the OEM.

System-Specific Training

To ensure absolute expertise, our manpower can undergo specific training on the working systems directly at the OEM's works, making them certified experts.

Commissioning and Acceptance Support

We provide dedicated manpower during the crucial commissioning phase, assisting in testing and calibration until the system is formally accepted by the customer.

4. Lifetime Mission Support: Dedicated On-Site Product Maintenance

T.A. Engineering's commitment to your mission is long-term. We provide dedicated product support by stationing our trained and skilled manpower directly at the user sites. This on-site presence ensures maximum operational readiness and longevity for your critical assets. These T.A. Engineering teams, fully trained on the systems at the OEM's works, become an integrated part of your daily operations, empowered to carry out both preventive maintenance to proactively avoid issues, as well as immediate breakdown maintenance to swiftly resolve any problems that arise, minimizing downtime and keeping your systems mission-ready at all times.
